Detergents and household cleaners can be challenging to fill at speed because of their high viscosity, foaming, stringing, surfactant content, and mild acidic or alkaline corrosiveness. This line integrates an 8-head piston filling machine, four-wheel capping machine, and double-sided labeling machine for automated batch packaging in plastic containers.
The filling unit uses volumetric piston metering, with servo control precisely regulating piston travel to handle high-viscosity liquids. The system provides volumetric repeatability of less than ±5 mL.
