Detergent Filling Line
Detergents and household cleaners can be challenging to fill at speed because of their high viscosity, foaming, stringing, surfactant content, and mild acidic or alkaline corrosiveness. This line integrates an 8-head piston filling machine, four-wheel capping machine, and double-sided labeling machine for automated batch packaging in plastic containers.
The filling unit uses volumetric piston metering, with servo control precisely regulating piston travel to handle high-viscosity liquids. The system provides volumetric repeatability of less than ±5 mL.
Bottom-up filling combined with pneumatic anti-drip needle valves helps control foaming, stringing, residual dripping, and product contamination on the outside of the bottle during high-speed filling. Product-contact surfaces use 316L stainless steel with corrosion-resistant seals to withstand exposure to the chemical ingredients.
