Ink Filling Line
The fully automatic ink filling line combines a 10-head peristaltic pump filling machine, four-wheel capping machine, labeling machine, and other packaging equipment. It automates filling, capping, and labeling to improve production efficiency and reduce manual labor requirements.
With peristaltic pump filling, the ink travels only through the inside of the tubing and does not contact the pump body, valves, or other mechanical components. This configuration is particularly suitable for inks containing pigment or resin particles, as these materials do not pass across the pump's precision internal surfaces.
During color changeovers, the tubing can be replaced without dismantling and cleaning the entire filling chamber. The low-shear squeezing action of the tubing also helps reduce bubble formation during filling and preserve the ink's original rheological properties.
Combined with a four-wheel capping system, the line provides stable, accurate filling and sealing for different ink bottle sizes. The filling line’s modular configuration can also be connected to a bottle unscrambler, conveying system, and other packaging equipment as required.
