The automatic single-head capping machine features a compact design and high production efficiency, designed to handle plastic and metal caps with precision and reliability. The cappers adopt a balanced pneumatic chuck system, applying uniform pressure while gripping caps, delivering consistent and stable sealing quality. This set up ensures our cappers are compatible with PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE and glass bottles.
The single-head cappers are equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, which is easy to operate and has high precision. It has passed the CE certification and ODM customization capping and filling solution is available. The capping equipment integrates automation, durability and outstanding sealing performance, making it ideal for the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharma and chemical industries.

The high-precision capping head is driven by a combination of a gripper and an electric spindle, ensuring stable cap gripping and uniform, consistent and reliable automatic capping. This closure system is the core to guarantee the capper machine's sealing precision and stability.

The photoelectric sensors can identify the fed bottles in real time and trace the transportation track, to provide continuous stability & reliability along capping and sealing process.
