This fully automatic bottling line is specifically designed for wine, vodka and various other alcoholic beverages. The production line utilizes SUS304/316 food-grade stainless steel, servo drive and SS316 drip-free filling nozzles. The wine & spirit filling line integrates filling, capping and labelling, is equipped with SIMENS PLC and touch screen HMI, enables “No Bottle, No Filling” and safety door interlock (door-open stop). CIP (Clean-In-Place) is optional to reduce downtime and improve operational hygiene.
