Integrated with filling, capping and labeling unit, the oil filling line is engineered for edible oil and industrial oil. Equipped with food-grade SUS304/316L stainless steel, piston filling method, PLC control and safety protection function, optional CIP (Clean-in-Place) function, the automatic oil filling production line guarantees both high efficiency and superior hygiene.

The entire line integrates the processes of filling, capping, sealing, labeling, boxing and palletizing in a fully automated manner.
The core electronic control system adopts INOVANCE and SIEMENS PLC/HMI and servo systems. The pneumatic components are selected from brands such as FESTO and Airtac, ensuring stability, reliability and high consistency during long-term operation.
