Multi-Color Mouthwash Filling Line
Designed for automated production of multi-color mouthwash, this line combines a piston filling machine, two-head tracking capping machine, and double-sided labeling machine in an integrated packaging process.
- Piston Filling: The filling machine features an automatic color-recognition system for accurate volumetric filling of different colored liquids. It enables simultaneous multi-color filling of different mouthwash products and consistent fill volumes while preventing color mixing.
- Tracking Capping: The capping heads move in sync with the bottles, allowing capping to continue without repeatedly stopping the containers. This helps prevent liquid splashing after filling while maintaining stable, controlled capping torque.
- Double-Sided Labeling: A color-recognition labeling system automatically identifies the label type and matches it to the corresponding bottle format. Multiple labels, such as front, back, neck, or promotional labels, can be applied accurately within a single labeling process.
