The automatic Monoblock filling machine features compact structure, high automation, integrated precise filling and high-speed capping, suitable for various liquids and semi-liquids in food, cosmetics, medical and chemical industries. The filler is installed with PLC touch screen system enables flexible parameter adjustment and real-time production monitoring.
The Monoblock filler utilizes piston filling or peristaltic pump filling system to achieve filling accuracy of ≤±1% (30ml). It is equipped with bottom-up filling technology and anti-drip nozzles to ensure a clean, bubble-free filling process. Servo driven capping system features stable torque and cap shortage detection function to improve the sealing reliability. The Monoblock filler-capper’s SUS304/316 stainless steel frame conforms to GMP and GE standard. Its compact design, quick changeover, making it an ideal automatic liquid filling solution for packaging efficiency and product quality improvement.
